OhmNest in action · 34 seconds

Simulate an RC filter.
Watch the sine wave.

Watch a real recording of the OhmNest prototype. A slow 1 Hz source drives a 1 kΩ / 100 µF RC filter; the oscilloscope compares its input and output over about one full cycle.

What the video shows

  1. Open the RC filter in the browser workbench.
  2. Start live simulation. The green trace is the input; the blue trace is the filtered output.
  3. Enable the trigger to hold the waveform steady.
  4. Disable the trigger to let the scope display move freely.
  5. Stop the simulation to inspect its captured result.

The video is silent with captions on screen. Live captures are paced for filming so the slow wave is easy to follow. Simulation uses generic models; this is a public prototype.

Try the slow sine settings

Open the RC low-pass filter example, set V1 frequency to 1 Hz, C1 capacitance to 100 µF and the analysis duration to 1.05 s. Keep R1 at 1 kΩ. Your normal live simulation may run faster than the paced recording.
